AIMing For Him

Yes I have been very busy since my last post on this blog, classes are starting to pick up and although the information is awesome and the application that I am getting from it to apply to my life and on the field is awesome, it is still hard work. One of my most difficult classes is Ed Wharton's Historical Christian Evidences, which is a lot of facts about how to explain that the Bible is historically accurate and can be used as a historical document, so on and so forth. Starting today I am beginning to help out with the 5th and 6th grade boys at Sunset as somewhat of a training ground for the different ages that I will be working with on the field. I am also beginning this Sunday something AIM calls Area Churches, this is a church that I go to every Sunday from now until Christmas break and help out with the services, classes or anything else that needs to be done in the church, this is also helping me to prepare myself for the field by me, and about 5-6 other people, form a team that goes to help this church every Sunday. The church that I will be going to is in Dimmit, Texas, which is a decent drive from Lubbock but still within the area. Well I think that is all for now, hopefully I will be able to get some pictures on here soon to show you Sunset and my area church that I will be going to.
